PROJECT: Internal / Social Strategy & Content

The Problem
Gravity Well’s social presence didn’t reflect the level of production craft happening on set. Without a clear identity or art direction, the feed felt scattered and undersold the studio’s true capabilities.
The Solution
As Creative Director, I rebuilt the social presence into a production-first system that functioned as a living portfolio. Content was organized around Work, Culture, and Original, with Work leading the grid and BTS living in Stories and highlights. Each project was broken into modular content categories that extended the life of the work through strong art direction, smart reuse, and consistent crew crediting.
The Results
Engagement increased immediately, with views rising nearly 200% and organic reach reaching record highs. More importantly, the feed now accurately reflects Gravity Well’s production capabilities and positions the studio as a partner rooted in craft, collaboration, and heart.

For Magic Happens Here BTS, this content hit all the categories in one by hitting the mark on the work, the culture and serving as original content. The BTS captured the magic as it was being made across three distinct spots and locations, each inspired by music from Moana, Coco, and Toy Story. Through behind-the-scenes photography and video, the work documents the creative process from pre-production through production, highlighting the campaign’s charming, lo-fi arts-and-crafts aesthetic and the everyday moments behind each build.
The Results: One of the highest engaged and viewed original content to date
